The Private Office

One office for a life spread across borders.

Most internationally mobile families are advised in pieces. A wealth manager in one country, a tax adviser in another, a lawyer who handled the residency. Nobody holds the whole picture, so nobody notices when two pieces stop fitting together.

The Private Office holds the whole picture. Investments, tax position, residency, filings, renewals and what the family plans to do next, coordinated through one relationship.

At the centre

Your capital, managed across borders.

Investment management sits at the centre of the Private Office. It is provided by Titan Wealth International, a regulated international wealth manager, and coordinated by us.

Where you are tax resident changes what you should hold and how it should be held. A portfolio built for a UK resident is rarely the right portfolio for the same person once they live in Portugal, and almost never the right one after a sale. Most families find that out afterwards.

  • Discretionary and advisory portfolio management
  • Cross-border investment structuring
  • Pensions and retirement accounts across jurisdictions
  • Planning ahead of a sale or other liquidity event
  • Intergenerational planning and the structures behind it
  • Currency exposure and moving money between countries

Regulated investment advice and portfolio management are provided by Titan Wealth International. Citizenship360 does not provide investment advice.

Who it is for

Who it suits, and who it does not.

The Private Office suits families with assets and obligations in more than one country. Typically a residency or citizenship holding, investable wealth being managed somewhere, and a tax position that is no longer simple.

It suits people approaching or recovering from a liquidity event particularly well.

It is not a concierge service. We do not book restaurants or charter aircraft. If your affairs sit in one country and are straightforward, you do not need a private office, and we will tell you so.

Liquidity events

The year you sell something.

A company sale, a property disposal, a large vesting event or an inheritance is the point at which residency planning, tax planning and investment planning become the same conversation.

It is also the point at which most families discover that their advisers have never spoken to each other. Planning that starts after the sale agreement is signed usually arrives too late. Where you are resident when the gain crystallises, how the proceeds are structured and what the money does next generally have to be decided months earlier.

If you are approaching one, tell us early. It is the conversation where a private office earns its place.

Who you deal with.

One relationship, one point of contact, and a network behind it that we use ourselves.

Your Private Client Director

One person who knows your family, your holdings, your filings and your plans. They do not change every eighteen months.

The network behind them

Tax counsel, immigration lawyers, fiduciaries, bankers, insurers and relocation specialists in every country we work in. We do not hand you a directory.

Where we work

Programme advice across Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Regulated wealth management within the jurisdictions our partner is permitted to act in.

Citizenship360 provides advisory services in relation to residency and citizenship by investment and coordinates the services described above. Regulated investment advice and portfolio management are provided by Titan Wealth International. Citizenship360 does not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Programme rules, tax rules and costs change and depend on your personal circumstances.

How it starts.

The Private Office works on a membership basis. It begins with a conversation, not a commitment.

01

A conversation

We go through your position, what you already have in place, and what is missing.

02

A written outline

What the Private Office would cover for you, who would look after each part of it, and how it would work in practice.

03

Your decision

Nothing is committed until you have all of that in front of you.

The Private Office Brochure

A short introduction to the Private Office: what it covers, how the annual review works, and how membership works. Enter your details and your copy will be available immediately.
